Green Beans with Dijon Mustard
Ingredients:
4 cups green beans, steamed
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Herb de Provence
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 cup water
1-1/2 nut butter
Directions:
Steam green beans for 8 minutes or until bright green
Combine rest of ingredients with a wire whisk
Toss with steamed green beans
