Steamed Great Greens
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
1 bunch Swiss chard
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
1/2 Tbsp. Herb de Provence
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. basil
Directions:
Wash greens
Put kale in steamer basket and stem for 10 minutes
Add Swiss chard and steam for 5 minutes
Transfer to bowl and add vinegar, garlic, Herb de Provence, dill, basil and toss
