Eating Well, Living Well
I see patients every day who are struggling with the daily battle of eating well. They are often young people with children to feed, busy working folks, and everyone in between. Let’s face it, we all would probably like to eat less junk and more great food, but it’s not always quite that easy.
After a long day at work, wrestling with kids, juggling all that we juggle on a day to day basis, sometimes it’s just easier to cave and head for fast food take out than it is to take time to fix something at home.
Our goal is to help make your lives easier when it comes to eating well. To that end, we are focused on really beefing up the content of this blog with some incredible recipes and resources and hope that you’ll become a regular visitor and try some of the things you find here – then let us know how you like them. Some of the recipes we create and some are created by friends, foodies and chefs the world over. And part of our mission with our new blog is to introduce you to some of these amazing people and share their talents with you.
With that said, drum roll please – one of our favorite new sites is a blog called Savor The Thyme and is written by Jennifer, a wife, mom, food lover and mommy blogger, and who provides some terrific recipes, many of which are focused on eating clean and eating well. One that we’d like to share today is a recipe for fresh green beans, simply seasoned with lemons and almonds – click here for a link to the recipe – check it out, give it a try and let us know how you like it.
And come back soon – there’s plenty more where this comes from!
