Quick and Easy: Citrus and Herb Salmon is a Breeze to Make



This recipe for Citrus and Herb Salmon is a quick and easy dinner recipe!   This recipe proves you can create a healthy salmon feast in less time than it takes to visit a drive-thru window!  It’s easy to eat healthy and this salmon is heaven!

Citrus and Herb Salmon

Ingredients:
1 Tbl fresh PARSLEY, chopped
1 Tbl resh THYME, chopped
1 Tbl GARLIC, minced
2 tsp LEMON RIND, grated
1 tsp SEA SALT
1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER, freshley grated
2 lb SALMON

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 7 ingredients into a small bowl.  Place salmon on a cookie tray sprayed with  cooking spray.  Rub HERB mixture over SALMON.  Bake for 15 min. or until FISH flakes easily when tested with a fork.
