Fried Rice

Fried Rice 

Prep Time:  10 min.                  Cook Time: 10 min. 

Ingredients:
1 TBL PEANUT OIL
1 ONION, diced
2 cloves GARLIC, minced
1-2 EGGS beaten
1 stalk BROCCOLI, peeled and chopped
1/2 C organic EDAMAME
2 C BROWN RICE, cooked

Sauce:
1-2 tsp toasted SESAME OIL
3 TBL SHOYU or BRAGGS AMINO ACID
1/3 C WATER
2 SCALLIONS, chopped

Instructions:
In wok heat PEANUT OIL over med-high heat, add ONION and GARLIC.  Cook 3-4 minutes Add BROCCOLI, EDAMAME, BROWN RICE and stir fry 3 more minutes.  Add Eggs and sauce and cook until eggs are cooked.
