Floridian Smoothie



This delicious smoothie is perfect for breakfast or an anytime snack.  It’s cool and refreshing and tastes amazing! You can add a nutritional protein powder to pack in more energy and its also a great way to get in your other nutritional supplements such as liquid Omegas, Vitamin D’s, etc.

Prep Time: 3 minutes Cook Time:

Ingredients:

1/2 C FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
1 BANANA
1/2 ORANGE, including white part of peel
1/4 C FROZEN PEACHES
1/2 C PLAIN YOGURT (organic  with active cultures)
1/4 C ICE CUBES

Substitution Options:

Optional add in(s):  protein powder (whey, brown rice, hemp, etc…), ground flax, omega sufficiency, opti-fiber,IgG, green tea leaves

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender.  Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.    Add water for desired consistency.

Serve immediately.
