| Know Your Results |
This session is part of our chiropractic clients’ wellness plan and offers a simplified understanding of how our bodies are designed for optimal function. In order to achieve a wellness lifestyle, it is important to understand your BIA and nervous system scans and why they are important assessments. Plan to walk away with an increased knowledge of your current health status, and get your questions answered. Clients, please bring your most recent copies of your BIA and nervous system scans. Chiropractic clients are strongly encouraged to attend this session within 7 days of your Report of Findings. Spouses, support persons, and parents of young clients are welcome to join. Discussion lasts 30 minutes with time for Q&A at the end.
Offered weekly on Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 pm, Wednesdays 11:30 – 12:30 pm and Fridays 7:15 – 8:15 am.

| Movement Classes – What to Expect |
Come in comfortable, non-baggy clothing. Shoes or socks are not necessary. Our studio, a scent free area on the lower level is equipped with props and mats for class use. Restrooms with clothing racks and lockers (locks not provided) are available to store a change of clothes or other personal items. No need to register prior to class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins when purchasing a drop-in or class package. |

A beginners class for students new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method. Open to anyone.
Offered weekly on Wednesday evenings 6:30 – 7:25 pm
Offered weekly on Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 am or 10:30 - 11:30 am

| Restorative yoga |
A slower paced class using modifications and props to accommodate pregnancy, older students, or those with mild chronic health conditions. Please obtain your Doctor's permission before enrolling for this class. Intro to Yoga class is recommended.
Offered weekly on Monday evenings 6:00 – 7:25 pm and Thursday mornings 9:45 – 11:15 am

Further work in the basics of yoga postures with an introduction to inversions and breath control. Intro to Yoga class is recommended.

A varied level class where head stand at the wall and shoulder stand off the wall are a regular part of this class.
Offered weekly on Tuesday mornings 9:45 – 11:15 am

Level 2 Yoga |
Further work in the postures with deeper work in twists and backbends. Inversions off the wall are a regular part of this class.

| Level 3 yoga |
This class if for continuing level for students who do inversions with ease at the wall. Prior permission required.
Offered on the 1st Friday if every month 4:30 – 5:55 pm

| Intro to pilates |
Learn the elements of breath, core engagement, posture awareness and foundational exercises in a slower paced class.
Offered weekly on Wednesday afternoons 4:15 – 5:10 pm

| Strong Mind, Strong Body - Pilates |
Welcome the morning and start the day alive and well! This class emphasizes our mind / body power. Students practice relaxing the mind while focusing on intentional movements using Pilates’ principles to build a strong, flexible, lean body. Mindful movement focusing on quality of repetitions versus quantity support an upright posture, increased stamina and build mind / body connection.
Stability balls, resistance bands and light weights are used to develop balance and provide personalized challenge. Students are guided through a series of exercises while working at their own pace.

| Awaken to YOU – Meditation and Body Strengthening |
Start the day centered and alive! This class incorporates deep breathing and meditation to connect to your inner wisdom and create focus of mind. Easy to perform strength training movements build overall muscle tone to and support tall posture. Stability balls, resistance bands and light weights are used.

| kIDS yOGA *new* |
A group setting where kids ages 3 years-10 + years can practice skills such as coordination, balance, strength, focus, patience, confidence and appreciation.
Classes are structured using a variety of activities such as: breathing exercises, music, singing, dancing, storytelling, games, partner work and relaxation.
Offered weekly on Tuesdays 11:30AM-12:15 (3-5 YEARS)
