Meatballs

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 LB lean GROUND BEEF
  • 1 EGG
  • 2 cloves GARLIC, minced
  • 1/2 C ONION, finely chopped
  • 1/4 C fresh PARSLEY, minced
  • 2 tsp dried BASIL
  • 1 tsp ground BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 tsp SEA SALT
  • Gluten Free BREADCRUMBS
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine BEEF, EGG, GARLIC, ONION, PARSLEY, BASIL, BLACK PEPPER, SEA SALT, and gluten free BREADCRUMBS.
  3. Mix ingredients thoroughly and then shape into 1 1/2 inch diameter meatballs.
  4. Arrange meatballs on baking sheet and place in oven for 10 minutes then turn meatballs over and continue to bake for 10 more minutes.
  5. May freeze after cooled.
Notes:

You can also mix the meat by using equal parts of BEEF, PORK and VEAL.
