Baked Beet Chips
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 14-18 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium BEETS, rinsed and peeled
- 1 TBL AVOCADO OIL, cold pressed
- 3 sprigs ROSEMARY, fresh, finely chopped
- 4 sprigs THYME, chopped
- SEA SALT & PEPPER to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Thinly slice the BEETS, place into a large bowl and toss with AVOCADO OIL and HERBS
- Place BEETS on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, single layer
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until slightly browned
- Remove from the oven and let cool
- If BEETS are still wet after they cool place back into the oven and bake a few minutes longer until dried out
