Turkey Burgers

Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook time: 8 mins


  • 1 LB ground TURKEY
  • 4 GARLIC cloves, minced
  • 1/4 ONION, chopped
  • 2 CARROTS, shredded
  • 1 ZUCCHINI, shredded
  • 1 C baby SPINACH
  • 1 tsp CUMIN
  • 1/2 tsp CHILI POWDER


  1. Place sauce pan on medium low heat with 1 TBL EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  2. Put VEGETABLES in sauce pan and sauté until cooked 4-5 minutes
  3. Add SPINACH to cooked VEGETABLES and wilt
  4. Pull vegetables off burner and cool
  5. In the meantime mix ground TURKEY with CUMIN, CHILLI POWDER, SEA SALT and PEPPER to taste
  6. Mix cooled VEGETABLES with TURKEY
  7. Form into 4 patties
  8. Brush patties with EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  9. Grill on Medium hi heat grill for 4 minutes per side
  10. Serve with sliced AVOCADO, SALSA, in a LETTUCE WRAP
