As we all know Fall is upon us. Pumpkin and Ginger spices are everywhere! Here is an amazing recipe for a green smoothie that incorporates those Fall flavors and gives you a delicious boost of nutrients and energy.

Fall Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 Minutes


  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 1/3 Cups Purple Grapes
  • 1/2 Medium Orange
  • 1/2 Sweet Potato (cooked)
  • 2 Dates, Pitted
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Cranberries
  • 1/2 Medium Apple, Halved
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 Handful of Spinach

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
