    Functional Medicine:
Jen is a functional medicine (nurse) practitioner and teaches clients how to use food and energy as medicine to insource their power to heal versus looking to traditional functional medicine using heavy supplementation.

Jen has healed all 8 of her own autoimmune conditions/chronic illness using nutritional therapy and energy healing and now teaches others how to experience the same freedom in their bodies. If this way of healing resonates with you feel free to set up a discovery call or intro session on her website.

Jen is trained through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She specializes in working with autoimmune disorders in both adults and pediatrics, as well as women’s health & hormones throughout preconception, pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

    Energy Healing:
Jen had been following the perfect diet for her chemical makeup, seeing a counselor, and thinking all the positive thoughts, yet something in her still felt “heavy” until she learned about energy healing and the importance of clearing trapped emotions, energy, and trauma from the body causing immune distress. After healing her own vessel, Jen soon learned she had this intuitive healing gift to give others as well.

Jen utilizes methods of quantum healing touch, splankna, and subconscious healing or hypnosis in her sessions with clients. She specializes in energy healing for chronic illness, sleep disturbances, digestive dysfunction, and children with sensitivities, ADHD, autism, and OCD.
