Green Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 1/3 Cups Purple Grapes
- 1/2 Medium Orange
- 1/2 Sweet Potato (cooked)
- 2 Dates, Pitted
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Cranberries
- 1/2 Medium Apple, Halved
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 Handful of Spinach
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
