Liver Cleanse Salad

Salad Ingredients:

  • 3-4 CELERY, shredded
  • 2-3 RADISHES, shredded
  • 1 large BEET, shredded
  • 1 CARROT, shredded
  • 1/4 RED CABBAGE
  • 1/4-1/2 AVOCADO, diced
  • 1 TOMATO chopped
  • fresh CILANTRO, according to taste, chopped
  • 1/3 CUCUMBER, chopped

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 LEMON, juiced
  • 2/3 C APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/3 C organic EVOO
  • 1-2 TBL TUMERIC
  • 2 TBL fresh GINGER, grated

Optional: Wild canned SALMON

Salad Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry all ingredients
  2. Using food processor with the shred blade process CELERY, RADISHES, BEET, CARROT, RED CABBAGE
  3. Top with other veggies and canned wild SALMON if desired
  4. Serve with 2 TBL dressing

Dressing Instructions:

  1. In shaker jar place all ingredients in jar and shake
