Meatballs
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 LB lean GROUND BEEF
- 1 EGG
- 2 cloves GARLIC, minced
- 1/2 C ONION, finely chopped
- 1/4 C fresh PARSLEY, minced
- 2 tsp dried BASIL
- 1 tsp ground BLACK PEPPER
- 1 tsp SEA SALT
- Gluten Free BREADCRUMBS
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine BEEF, EGG, GARLIC, ONION, PARSLEY, BASIL, BLACK PEPPER, SEA SALT, and gluten free BREADCRUMBS.
- Mix ingredients thoroughly and then shape into 1 1/2 inch diameter meatballs.
- Arrange meatballs on baking sheet and place in oven for 10 minutes then turn meatballs over and continue to bake for 10 more minutes.
- May freeze after cooled.
Notes:
You can also mix the meat by using equal parts of BEEF, PORK and VEAL.
