Spaghetti Squash Side Dish

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 AVOCADO, mashed
  • 1 SPAGHETTI SQUASH
  • 1-2 TBL GHEE
  • 2 tsp SAGE
  • 1/4 C PINE NUTS, toasted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut SQUASH end off and then in half
  3. Scoop out seeds
  4. Place SQUASH halves cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes
  5. Let SQUASH stand for 5 minutes then scrap into bowl
  6. Mix MASHED AVOCADO, GHEE, SAGE, and PINE NUTS into the SQUASH
  7. Serve
